The guest suites exude luxury with lavish finishes throughout, including a quartz-clad desk, a coffee nook, and floating quartz nightstands. The guest suite bathrooms showcase a premium quartz vanity with a 2 1⁄2” mitered edge, a 10” quartz backsplash, and an elegant 8” shelf seamlessly integrated atop the backsplash. Additionally, each bathroom features two stylish quartz niches for added convenience and sophistication.
Guests are welcomed by an opulent concierge desk upon entering the hotel. The front edge of the transaction top features a tambour board, elegantly framed with a 2″ metal trim surrounding a 2cm Brilliant Black quartzite surface. The lower desk, also crafted from 2cm Brilliant Black quartzite, boasts stunning waterfall edges on all sides, enhancing its sophisticated design.
The stair plinth was constructed using 3cm brushed Taj Mahal Quartzite, covering approximately 150 square feet. It features precisely mitered edges for a seamless look. The supporting substructure, built by the general contractor, consists of wood, steel, and cement board. To achieve optimal vein alignment, we utilized photo rendering before fabrication.
The Rix Bar countertop was crafted from Avocatus Leathered quartzite and features a custom laminated eased-edge profile for a sleek and refined finish. The Rix hearth and fireplace surround were expertly fabricated and clad in 3cm Avocatus Leathered quartzite, selected for its striking coloration and exceptional heat resistance.
Premier played a vital role in the Ada Hotel project, fabricating and installing over 4,000 square feet of quartz and natural stone.
