Overview: The Lead Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and quality standards at job sites while installing quartz and granite countertops.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must be punctual and reliable in carrying out daily responsibilities
- Review paperwork, drawings, and job specs; prepare and load all materials safely and efficiently
- Oversee installation team and job-site protocols, including customer interaction, maintaining a clean and professional job site, and
industry-leading quality standards - Required to maintain a higher than average quality installation by utilizing acquired skills, knowledge and hand tools
- Communicate and work alongside crew members, homeowners and contractors in a professional, respectful manner at all times
- Troubleshoot job-site issues; resolve with best possible option
- Review and provide feedback to quality control and shop fabricators on a regular basis
- Continually engage in a professional work relationship with others while carrying out proper responsibilities as a team leader
- Ensures that crew wears the proper safety PPE and safety protocols
- Continually engage in learning and development of new material standards and installation practices
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the desire to learn and the ability to work well with others; understands customer priorities and communicates well with all levels of the organization.
Required Experience:
- 3 years of installation experience
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Construction background preferred
