Position: Solid Surface (Quartz, Granite) Countertop Installer 

Reports To: Lead Installer 

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Job Overview: A Countertop Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service  at job sites while installing quartz and granite countertops. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Must be punctual and reliable in carrying out daily responsibilities 
  • Prepare and load all product safely and efficiently prior to installation  
  • Prepare job site and conduct post job clean up
  • Maintain a higher than average quality installation by utilizing
          acquired skills, knowledge and hand tools 
  • Communicate and work alongside crew members, homeowners and
            contractors in a professional, respectful manner 
  • Troubleshoot on the job issues and provide optimal solutions
       ● Cultivate a professional and cooperative team atmosphere, contributing as an
            essential team member.

 Required Skills:

  • Physical Requirements: This position is physically demanding and involves lifting heavy materials including large slabs of granite and quartz.
    • Must be able to perform physically strenuous tasks, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
    • Training will be provided on safe lifting practices and the proper use of tools and techniques to prevent injury.

  • Experience with Tools: Proficient in using both hand and power tools 
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates reliability and dedication
