Installer

Job Overview: A Countertop Installer is responsible for providing excellent customer service  at job sites while installing quartz and granite countertops. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Must be punctual and reliable in carrying out daily responsibilities 
• Prepare and load all product safely and efficiently prior to installation  
• Initial job site preparations and post job tasks including customer interaction and maintaining a clean/professional job site 
• Required to maintain a higher than average quality installation by utilizing acquired skills, knowledge and hand tools 
• Communicate and work alongside crew members, homeowners and contractors in a professional, respectful manner 
• Able to troubleshoot on the job issues and resolve with best possible option
• Continually engage in a professional work relationship with colleagues, carrying out proper responsibilities as a team member

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills along with a positive attitude, solid work  ethic, the desire to learn and the ability to work well with others; Understands customer priorities and communicates well with all levels of the organization. 

Required Experience: 

• High School diploma
• Experience with hand tools – preferred, but will train the right person for our organization.
