Position: Showroom Coordinator

Reports To: N. Indiana Territory Marketing Manager

Job Overview: The Showroom Coordinator provides information, guidance, and support to customers exploring and purchasing stone and granite products. This role involves assisting with material selection, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and positive showroom experience.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide information about stone and granite options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and customers through regular communication, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive showroom experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records, including coordinating and organizing showroom appointments.
  • Maintain showroom and property grounds cleanliness and organize samples for customer use.
  • Process orders, facilitate payments, and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the distribution and return of stone samples, ensuring they are well-maintained and returned in excellent condition.
  • Present stone and granite slabs, samples, and displays to assist customers in visualizing their options, while highlighting the unique features and benefits of each material.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on product specifications, including size, durability, and maintenance

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the stone and granite industry
  • Knowledge of different stone types, granite, and their properties is a plus
  • Basic computer skills for processing orders and inquiries
